Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of product delivery (in accordance with the U.S. Consumer Rights Act and CPSC toy safety guidelines) and must meet the following kids’ toy-specific hygiene and quality standards:

Eligible Items


  • Unused, Unopened, Original Packaging Intact: Building blocks (sealed in original box, no missing pieces), early education machines (unopened, plastic wrapping intact, no battery installation), mystery boxes (sealed, no tampering with the packaging).
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., broken building block connectors, non-functional early education machine screens, damaged mystery box contents) or shipping damage (e.g., crushed building block boxes, scratched early education machine casings, torn mystery box packaging).
  • Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order (e.g., wrong theme building block set, non-bilingual early education machine, incorrect mystery box age range).
  • Safety-Related Items: Products that fail to meet CPSC safety standards (e.g., small choking hazards in toddler building blocks, toxic paint on toy surfaces, inappropriate content in early education machines) — we offer full refunds plus free return shipping for such items.

Non-Eligible Items


  • Used/Opened Items: Toys that have been opened, played with, or assembled (e.g., a building block set with missing pieces, an early education machine with battery installed, an opened mystery box) — due to hygiene restrictions and resale limitations for kids’ products.
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized building block sets (e.g., engraved names), custom-themed mystery boxes, or early education machines with specific language settings cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects — we will confirm this with you before processing custom orders.
  • Items Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged due to improper use or storage (e.g., building blocks broken by rough play, early education machines damaged by liquid spills, mystery box contents ruined by improper handling).

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange


  1. Submit a Request: Send an email to our customer support mailbox with the following information:

    • Your full name, order number, and delivery address.
    • Detailed product information (e.g., "100-piece STEM building block set," "bilingual English-Spanish early education machine," "toddler animal mystery box").
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "building block connectors are broken," "early education machine won’t turn on," "mystery box contents are damaged," "received wrong theme set").
    • Supporting materials:
      • For damaged/defective items: Clear photos or videos showing the problem (e.g., broken building block piece, non-functional machine screen, torn mystery box) and the original packaging.
      • For incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product with your order confirmation (e.g., theme mismatch, language setting difference).


    We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  2. Prepare the Return Items:

    • Building Blocks: Repack all pieces, instruction manuals, and accessories into the original box — ensure the box is sealed securely to prevent missing pieces during return shipping.
    • Early Education Machines: Repack in the original box with all accessories (charger, user manual, packaging) — ensure no batteries are installed and the plastic wrapping is intact if possible.
    • Mystery Boxes: Ensure the original seal is intact (if unopened) or repack the contents securely with the original box (if defective).

  3. Arrange Return Shipping:

    • Defective/Incorrect/Safety-Related Items: We will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label — no need for you to pay any shipping fees.
    • Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee, which varies by product size and weight:
      • Mystery Box: $5.99 flat fee.
      • Building Block Set (under 50 pieces): $7.99 flat fee; (50–200 pieces): $10.99 flat fee.
      • Early Education Machine: $12.99 flat fee.

    Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of RA approval — delays beyond this period may affect your return eligibility.


3. Refund & Exchange Timelines


  • Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect and confirm the returned items. The refund amount is determined as follows:

    • For defective/incorrect/safety-related items: Full refund of the product price plus the original shipping fee (no deductions).
    • For change of mind returns: Refund of the product price minus the return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee (to cover the cost of repackaging, safety inspection, and reshelving kids’ toys).

    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to process the refund.

  • Exchanges: Processed according to the following rules:

    • Same Product Replacement: For defective items (e.g., a new building block set to replace a broken one, a new early education machine to replace a non-functional one), we will ship the replacement product within 5–7 business days with free delivery.
    • Theme/Size Exchange: For theme mismatches or size changes (e.g., exchanging a space-themed building block set for an animal-themed one, a toddler early education machine for a preschooler one), we will process the exchange after verifying the returned items. You need to pay the price difference if the new item is more expensive, or we will issue a partial refund if the new item is cheaper.
